Gloribell Lopez & Joaquin Blasavage

For more than five years, Gloribell and her son Joaquin have volunteered with United Way, helping neighbors access food and other supports. Together, they've packed groceries, supported holiday food distributions, volunteered with Loaves & Fishes, and helped make programs like School Break Groceries and Dinner for a Dollar possible. 

Their example shows how volunteering as a family not only strengthens the community today, but also inspires the next generation to lead with compassion and generosity.
