Volunteer With Us

Read Across America: March 2 - 13

Join us for our biggest volunteer event of the year, Read Across America! Each year, we work with hundreds of volunteers to read to school-aged children throughout the Greater New Haven region. We partner with schools in Branford, Guilford, Hamden, New Haven, North Haven, Orange, and West Haven to inspire a love of reading at an early age. Volunteer readers are still needed in Branford and Guilford.

Espresso Martini Showdown

March 31 | Haven Beer Company

The Espresso Martini Showdown is back, and this year we’re shaking things up with even more flavor, energy, and friendly competition. Last year’s champions, Sherkaan Indian Street Food, are returning to defend their title, joined by two additional returning favorites and a lineup of exciting new restaurant contenders. With fresh talent joining the mix, the stakes, and the bragging rights, are higher than ever.

Whether you’re coming to sip, cheer on your favorite competitors, or enjoy a fun night out, we can’t wait to welcome you back. Space is limited, and last year’s event sold out quickly, so we encourage you to grab your tickets early.
