THE PARENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING INSTITUTE IS COMING TO GREATER NEW HAVEN IN 2024!

United Way of Greater New Haven and Workforce Alliance are launching a Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) cohort in January 2024. This free 20-week learning experience is targeted to 18-24-year-old parents in Greater New Haven who want to make change for their children and community.

The institute will teach these parents the links between culture, change management, and innovation. They will also get to launch lead, and realize successful change initiatives, all while growing their own personal network. 

This is a great opportunity for young parents who want to build on their knowledge and skills needed to effectively advocate for change.

The team is recruiting 20 new cohorts to launch Greater New Haven's first Parent Leadership Training Insitute for the January 2024 session.
