ABOUT THE EQUITY CHALLENGE
The Equity Challenge is a commitment to devote 10-15 minutes a day for 5 days to learn about the foundations of racism and the different ways that bias, privilege, oppression, and trauma show up in our everyday lives. Each day includes an overview of a selected topic and a variety of ways to learn: read articles, watch videos, listen to podcasts, and/or complete actions. You have the choice of how you want to engage with the Challenge.
With this deeper understanding of foundations of racism and how it shapes different people’s lived experiences, we can do our part to make positive change in our community. The Equity Challenge can be an impactful journey for everyone – no matter where you come from or how you identify yourself. Check out the content from previous days of our challenges below!
