CAN Diversion Support Grant

COORDINATED ACCESS NETWORK DIVERSION SUPPORT GRANT

United Way of Greater New Haven believes that housing is a human right and that having a safe place to sleep each night creates the foundation for a family to thrive. We aim to help 75,000 households meet their basic needs of food and housing. Because of this, United Way of Greater New Haven provides support to the regional Coordinated Access Network (CAN).

To support the mission of the Greater New Haven CAN, United Way of Greater New Haven is offering grants to non-profits that support households residing in the Town of Hamden to stabilize housing and access Warming Center resources. These funds are made available through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds by the Town of Hamden.
