Information Collected
- When you request additional information or register on this Web site, DonorPoint will ask you to provide basic contact information on the Organization's behalf.
- When you make an eCommerce transaction on this site, DonorPoint will ask you to provide payment/billing information on the Organization's behalf.
- DonorPoint uses common Internet technologies, such as cookies and Web beacons, to keep track of interactions with the DonorPoint Web sites and emails on the organization's behalf.
Use of Information
- DonorPoint uses information collected to provide contact information to the organization and to process payment on behalf of the organization.
- DonorPoint will not store sensitive payment data such as credit card and bank account numbers.
- The Organization may use information collected to provide you with additional information about the Organization's services and events.
- DonorPoint may use information collected to improve our Web sites and Services.

Communications Preferences
- Every email from DonorPoint on the Organization's behalf contains instructions on how to opt out of receiving further emails. This excludes emails conveying payment receipt information.
Privacy Policy Changes
- DonorPoint may change its privacy policy at any time at its sole discretion, although most changes are likely to be minor. DonorPoint encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
By checking the OK box and clicking Submit, I authorize DonorPoint to initiate an electronic funds transfer for the payment described above from the bank account I designated above under the terms of this authorization. DonorPoint may make this electronic funds transfer using an ACH debit entry or other automatic transfer. I ask that the financial institution that holds this bank account to honor the debit entry made by DonorPoint. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with U.S. Law and the Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association.
My Payment will be automatically debited from this bank account on the designated payment date. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be deducted on the next business day.
If there are insufficient funds in my bank account, DonorPoint may debit my bank account for the payment when sufficient funds are available.
For inquiries about this ACH transaction or my Account, please contact DonorPoint or your Financial Institution for further information. In the unlikely event your payment is returned unpaid, we may elect to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present your payment up to two more times.
